I often wander into the abyss of my mind

knowing too well how it is unkind.

There,

I lose my sense of time,

letting so many hours pass by

feels nothing less than a crime.

It’s a crime.

Ummedon ka kaafila lekar chala tha.

Abhi thodi hi doori taye ki thi

Aur shaam ka sooraj dhala tha…

Is andhere me ye ummiden jane kaha khogai,

Ye ummiden fir parayi hogai…

Dear Society ,

We meet everyday and I smile for you.

I find solace in my bed.

Darkness is what fills my head.

I am an actor by day .

But the reality is much grey.

We meet everyday

But , how would you know?

You always want that smile I owe ( you )
